Table Sizes and Chairs

The Hall has a maximum capacity of 120 people.

There are 100 upholsted chairs.  These are kept in the alcove and should be stacked to a maximum of six.  When moving the stacks please do not drag them across the floor; use the trolley provided.

There are approximately 30 plastic chairs that are stored on the stage.  Please use these chairs if you are doing an activity that may mark or damage the upholsted chairs.

There are 20 tables – 90cm x 70cm (seats 2-4)

There are 20 tables – 120cm x 60cm (seats 4-6)

There are 6 tables – 180cm x 70cm which can be used to make a top table or can be used as buffet tables.

The smaller tables are stored on the left as you enter the Hall, the large tables are kept in the Storeroom, next to the Stage.
