Village Hall Week Celebrations🍾

National Village Hall Week is 17th – 23rd March 2025

On Friday 21st March, Holt Village Hall will be opening its doors to show you all the different activities that are based at the Hall.

We plan to also have a presentation on the history of the Hall, which was originally built in 1840 and used as the local junior school until the new school of St James’ was built in 1974.  As the education authority had no further use for the building, negotiations began and a 50 year lease was agreed in July 1975 to run Holt Village Hall as a Charitable Trust for the inhabitants of Holt.

We are planning to celebrate our Golden Anniversary by hosting a Village Fete on Saturday 28th June and we would love for members of our community to get involved to make it a fun and enjoyable day for everyone.  Please contact Anne for more information.
