Coffee @ HVH ☕
Coffee @ Holt Village Hall will be returning on Wednesday 4 September 2024 and will be held on the first Wednesday of every month.
We are offering somewhere warm to come for coffee, to chat with friends and meet your neighbours. Living in a rural area, especially in the winter can feel quite isolating and we are hoping that this scheme will help to alleviate the problem in Holt, whilst also being an enjoyable way to spend a morning.
The cost will be £3 for unlimited coffee and cake.
We will also be hosting interesting events, including talks from local advisory groups and interactive activities:-
4th September – Dorset Police Rural Crime Team
2nd October – Carltonitis (an illustrated talk about collecting pottery made by Carlton Ware)
6th November – Councillor Will Chakawhata
4th December – Christmas Crafts
You will also be able to hear about the other clubs and group that meet in the Hall and may be of interest to you.
The success of this not-for-profit venture will depend on our local community.
