Booking Information

Holt Village Hall is available to hire in three sessions each day – morning, afternoon and evening.  Hall hire charges on application.

Please view the Calendar for availability and session times.  The session time includes setting up and clearing away after your event, to leave the Hall clean and tidy for the next session.  If one session is insufficient to set up and clear away, hirers should book additional sessions.

The Hall has a maximum capacity of 120 people.

The hire charge includes the hire of the Hall, the use of 120 cups & saucers, tea plates, dinner plates, soup bowls, wine glasses, free Wi-Fi and use of the Sound System.

The use of the everyday cutlery is included in the hire charge.  This comprises of approximately 40 items of knives, forks and spoons as well as other utility equipment.

For a hire charge of £20 you can hire 120 items of matching cutlery.  120 knives, forks, spoons, dessert forks, dessert knives, tea spoons and 24 serving spoons.  Please request this extra item on the booking form and we can add this to the hire charge.

The Skittle Alley is no longer available for private hire.  Barbeques and Hog Roasts are not allowed, either inside or in the car park.

Stiletto heels or any shoes that may damage the wooden floors are not permitted.

Please note that we are happy to receive email enquiries regarding hiring the Hall, but will not be able to action a booking until we receive a completed booking form.  Please also be aware that your booking is not guaranteed until we receive the full hire charge.  Therefore, we suggest that you contact us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.  We will endeavour to answer your email as quickly as possible but as the Hall is run by volunteers it may take up to 48 hours to get a response.
